CONTENT
For Search Engine Optimization your content is important.
Why? Because when seach engines "spiders" do their search they
look for content. The more content, the more the "spider" sees.
The more the "spider" sees, the better placement it gives you in
the search engine. The better placement you have the more visitors
you get. The more visitors you get the more money you make. It's a
numbers game mostly.
Of course it's not all a number's game, but that's the number one rule.
Get your website seen. What's on the website is important as well, and
we'll get into that in other articles, (because the more articles the
more chances of better search engine placement).
Content is also a good way to make your site "keyword" optimized. For
instance, if I put in this article that my website hosting business, maxi website hosting at http://www.maxiwebsitehosting.com, is the best web
hosting business on the internet with cPanel and shareware and eBooks and
software, and free marketing portals, etc., I put "keywords" on this page search engines look for. I also put "links" on this page making my site
more popular. (That's another article).
The constant addition of content articles to your site will also make your
visitors like your site and want to visit it often. If they gain knowledge
from your site, they will come back for more and more information. You will
make more money from repeat visitors than new visitors. Treat all visitors
like they are gold--because they are--whether they buy from you or not. You
want their loyalty, you want their trust, you want their friendship, you want
their business.
Did you know that there was something in Google called "Google PR"? If you
will take a look at their URL http://www.google.com/intl/en/technology/ they
explain it to you in more detail. They want to see "high quality sites." They
want your articles to be relavant to what your site is about.
